Fee Changes: As of October 2009 the fee structure has changed as stated in the newsletter. It appears that students & parents are still unnaware of this change. Below are the full details of the new structure. Please note there has been no increase in class price! Class prices: 1/2 hour: £3.00 3/4 hour: £3.50 1 hour: £3.80 1 1/4 hours: £5.50 Senior Theatre Grades Musical Theatre: £5.00 Adult Classes: £4.00 There are 3 options for advanced payment: Option 1: 4 weeks in advance, to be paid on the first class of the month. Option 2: 1/2 term in advance based on a 6 week 1/2 term. Option 3: Full term in advance based on a 12 week term. The number of weeks may vary! Discount Options: Taking 4 or more classes a week: 10% discount on the lower priced extra classes being taken. this includes people paying for siblings if the combined classes are over 4 per week. PLEASE NOTE!!! Discounts do not apply to Musical Theatre, West End Class, Flamenco or Adult Classes. TERMS OF PAYMENT: * Fees must be paid in an envelope with your childs name, class & dates being paid for, written on it. Fees are paid in advance and are paid when absent. One terms notice is expected when a pupil decides to cease classes. No refunds on advanced fees. No cheques under £10. Anything under will incure a charge. Cheques made payable to K Bray, D Bray or Masque Theatre School. *Fees paid after the due date will incur a 10% late fee charge & discounted fees will be required to be paid in full.

CLASS AND SCHOOL ETIQUETTE.
1) Please arrive 10 minutes before class is due to start. 2) Pupils must wear the correct attire and have hair tied back for class. Pupils not wearing the appropriate clothing will have to sit and watch class. (THIS IS PART OF OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY. PUPILS MAY INJURE THEMSELVES OR OTHERS IF NOT WEARING THE CORRECT ATTIRE). It is there to protect all pupils and teachers from any unexpected risk! 3) Please treat the building, equipment, teachers & fellow pupils with respect. 4) Any student who repeatedly displays inappropriate behaviour (i.e. bullying or bad language) will no longer be welcome at Masque. 5) We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any pupils belongings. 6) NO JEWELLERY is to be worn in class!
