REGISTRATION FORM:
All students are required to fill in a registration form prior to arrival at class. This is to ensure that we have contact details and any medical conditions that we need to be aware of.
Please note that students cannot commence classes until their parent (s) has signed the registration agreement.

BALLET:

GIRLS: Pink short sleeved cotton lycra leotard. Pink Georgette circular skirt. Pink socks & ballet shoes (Leather for class, Satin for exams).
BOYS: Black ballet shorts. Boys white t-shirt leotard. White ballet shoes & socks. |

| Black/Navy ballet tights (Mens/Boys). White t-shirt leotard. White ballet shoes and socks. |
| GRADE 1 |
| Sky blue sleeveless cotton lycra leotard. Sky blue circular skirt. White ballet socks & pink ballet shoes (Leather for class & satin for exams). |
| GRADE 2 |
| Sky blue cotton lycra leotard with belt. Pink ballet tights & pink ballet shoes with ribbon (Leather for class & satin for exams). |
| GRADE 3 & 4 |
| Lavender sleeveless cotton lycra leotard with belt. Pink ballet tights & ballet shoes with ribbon (Leather for class & satin for exams). |
| GRADE 5 & 6 |
| Navy sleeveless cotton lycra leotard with belt. Pink ballet tights & ballet shoes with ribbon (Leather for class & satin for exams). |
| INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED 1 & 2 |
| Black cap sleeved low back leotard (gathered at front and back). Pink ballet tights & ballet shoes with ribbon (Leather for class & satin for exams). |

TAP
| Tots, Preparatory & Primary Grade |
| Pink short sleeved cotton lycra leotard. Pink Georgette circular skirt. Pink socks. Black tap shoes with heel taps. |
| GRADES 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED 1 & 2. |
GIRLS: Any appropriate style of black leotard with black jazz trousers (these must go no lower than the top of the tap shoes). Black tap shoes with teletone toe & heel taps.
BOYS: All grades wear black jazz trousers with a white t-shirt/short sleeved shirt. Black tap shoes. |
DO NOT loosen screws in taps as this will change the tap sound and make marks on the studio floor. It is not necessary to loosen the screws, as it makes no difference to the quality of sound.

MODERN JAZZ:
| Preparatory, Primary & Grade 1 |
GIRLS: Black lycra stirrup leggings & a black lycra leotard. Bare feet. NB: grade one can wear same grade 2 upwards depending on size, as the sizes are for older chidren.
BOYS: Black cycling shorts and a tight black tank top. Bare feet. |
| GRADES 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED 1 & 2 |

GIRLS: Black unitard and bare feet.
BOYS: Black or Grey unitard and bare feet. May wear shorts over unitard for class (running type).

| A masque t-shirt with black jazz trousers. Black jazz shoes/dance trainers. Pupils will substitute masque top for plain black t-shirt for exams. |

GIRLS: any variation of leotard & jazz trousers with a masque top. Jazz shoes/dance trainers.
BOYS: Jazz trousers and a masque top with jazz shoes/dance trainers. |

STREET/HIP HOP:

| A masque top with any style of loose fitting joggers/baggy pants. Dance trainers. No outdoor shoes to be warn. |

DRAMA:

| A black long sleeved leotard, flamenco skirt. Character shoes (not 2 inch) and flesh coloured dance tights. Castanets: these will be available from the teacher at a reduced price. |
