History
Masque Theatre School was opened in 1996 by Husband & Wife Team, Dean & Kerree Bray at The Broadstairs Youth & Leisure Centre. They offered two classes, one in Drama & one in Freestyle Dance.
Since then they have expanded the timetable to accommodate the increasing demand for these subjects & developed new ideas that give pupils a more comprehensive range of training. Over the years, Masque has become a ver highly regarded Dance School in Thanet. During this time they have been involved in many facets of dance and theatre and have continued to train and gain further experience and qualifications within their individual genres. In 2001 it soon became apparent that due to increasing demand for there classes, they would have to find a new home and started the search for their own premises. In 2009 after a long summer renovating The Former United Reform Church, Masque moved into their new home, which is now located in Ramsgate and is equipped with 4 fully fitted dance studios. The studios currently run 60 classes per week with approximately 350 students attending each week.
